When did you know you wanted to do hair?

I've alway been attracted to the arts. Now I can use my artistic flair for my clients.

How would you describe your approach to doing hair color?

My approach towards coloring starts by designing the finished “look” with the client. I first look at the clients own coloring. We then discuss personal style and attitude towards maintenance. Then I begin to put together their personal views with my artistic flair.

What inspires your creativity?

It’s all about attitude. It depends on each clients and what they “bring to the table.” They inspire me.

What advice would you give someone considering coloring their hair for the first time?

Color is exciting and fun. Start with subtle face framing color. With just a little color and creativity you’ll see exceptional results.

How do you customize a hair color service for each and every client?

I customize every client. Each time I see a client I make changes. These are small “tweaks,” and slight changes due to the season, event, or just inspiration. My client trust me to look at them and tell them what they need. I am the stylist who they trust to keep their look fresh and updated.

What celebrity always has great hair?

Hallie Berry and Sharon Stone come to mind first. They can look classy to “edgy,”- long or short!

What's your approach to returning haircolor clients?

Consult with returning clients as to their likes and dislikes of their previous visit and then adjust my approach to their needs.
